30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact customer service once the item is delivered to the warehouse so the refund process will start.
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related issues, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related issues, Yeelight will refund the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Notes
Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@yeelight.com. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
1. For quality-related issues:
If your return is accepted, Yeelight support will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to submit items to the courier company within one week after receiving the return shipping label.
2. For non-quality related issues:
If your return is accepted, Yeelight support will share the corresponding return address with you. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Yeelight with the following information:
- Name of the courier
- Tracking number
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
